Days 1-30

Rest is a skill.

Just as muscles are built in the recovery period, we need to be able to rest to allow our results and success to really flourish.

7 Days of prompts to help you identify your unique regenerative rest style.

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have, supported by your physical health, the second pillar of Joy Ambition teaches you how to set yourself up for success by investing in your own capacity, potential and existing strengths and experiences.

You will experience the deep self-trust of knowing your opinion is the only one that matters and that you can take on any challenge that comes your way with grace and strength (and joy!)

Lesson 05: 80% MORE. THE CONFIDENCE FORMULA

Humans have a built in 80% negativity bias, you’re going to learn how to interrupt that, get to neutral and take responsibility for flipping your weaknesses into strengths.

Lesson 06: LIONESS LEVEL SELF-CARE

Meet Healthy Hedonism.

Beyond the obvious self-care practises of working out, nourishing food and sleep (although we’ll fill in the joy gaps to make sure they’re aligned with your vision) you’re going to learn how to practise emotional hygiene, dissolve any lingering people pleasing and raise the bar on your self-care so that it matches your ambitions, you’ll learn about pre-rest as well as recovery to break burnout cycles.

Lesson 07: SUCCESS SEQUENCES

Replace Habits With Rituals

A pleasure practise, social life, creative space, time in nature and digital detoxes, all too often get deprioritised when external pressures increase.

But knowing that these things fuel you? Making your 5 minute meditation outside in the sunshine a non-negotiable, the Friday morning coffee with friends and space to read before bed as important as checking your email or project planning?

This changes everything. These rituals keep your goals on track as well as making it so much easier to support everyone else in your life.

Lesson 08: REWILDED REST. Harmony With Yourself

Going at your own pace—how would you treat yourself if you were already going to achieve everything?

7 Days of prompts to help you reconnect with what actually brings your body joy, when do you naturally sleep/wake, what foods feel intuitive, what about movement?

Time to try a dance class or start a coffee and a walk club? Let’s find out!

Everything you want and being able to have it in 3 months not 3 years depends on your relationship to failure, this lesson will teach you how to master it.

Lesson 10: FIND YOUR EDGE

How do we know when we’re pushing ourselves from growth and the challenge vs self-criticism that leads to burnout?

Embodied Action - You’re going to learn how to read and respond to your nervous system so that you can stay in expansive intentionality instead of contractive reactivity.

This lesson changed EVERYTHING for me and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Lesson 11: EXPANSIVE MOMENTUM & BALANCE

Recalibrating, integrating and practising constantly raising the ceiling on what’s possible from trust that there is always something even more amazing around the corner and meeting it with delicious anticipation! (Especially fun in dating!)

Lesson 12: INTEGRATIVE REST

7 days of micro-trainings to help you integrate the evolved version of yourself who has been on this journey before setting your next goals.

Your Coach & Joy Studio Founder, Emma

The concept of Joy Restoration started when I found myself in a life that really didn’t feel like the one I had intended to create, like I had the pieces - the partner, life in an exciting city, my own business, but somehow they were from different puzzles, they just didn’t quite fit together.

So, in 2021, I trained as a life coach, the relationship ended, and whilst in a rapidly deteriorating French countryside cottage renovation with my dog, scared but hopeful I decided to go all in on seeing if I could put my puzzle pieces together and build the life I could just about see the edges of when I let myself dream.

Turns out I could, and if I’d known what was coming I would have been even more apprehensive but also? Even more excited, our imaginations are limited to what we’ve experienced before, so even when you let yourself do as we do in The Joy Studio and dream extravagantly?

The reality will still be a 1000 times more incredible than you can imagine right now, and that knowledge is why I’m smiling so delightedly at what’s in store for you right now!

The tools I learned, mastered and created along the way as I certified as a Time Hacker coach, created a 15 hour work week, discovered yoga and moved to France from Spain (we’ll save the retreat from France to Spain story for another day) become The Joy Restoration Coaching Model and roadmap that I teach our members.
