One Clear Focus Can Change Everything
A focused 3-week coaching process to identify the real block standing between you and the goal you want to move on — and gently dismantle it.
SLOW, SPACIOUS & SAVOURING THE JOURNEY.
SLOW, SPACIOUS & SAVOURING THE JOURNEY.
January is the moment when clarity matters more than motivation.
You don’t need more strategies.
You don’t need to push harder.
And you definitely don’t need to “try again” without understanding what’s actually in the way.
This single-session process is designed to help you identify the main block or point of friction connected to a specific goal — so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and far less inner noise.
A focused space to see clearly
This is not a quick chat.
It’s a short, intentional coaching process that unfolds over three weeks.
We slow things down just enough to see clearly — and then move forward with precision.
What happens before, during, and after
Before the session, you’ll complete a thoughtful form that helps surface patterns, tensions, and themes.
During the session, we’ll:
Identify the core block or misalignment
Untangle what’s actually yours to address (and what isn’t)
Clarify a grounded, realistic next direction
After the session, the follow-ups help you:
Stay connected to what emerged
Adjust as real life responds
Move forward without slipping back into old loops
This is for you if…
You’re circling the same goal (possibly hidden in another beautiful notebook) and not moving
You feel capable but oddly stuck
You want clarity without committing to a long container (yet)
You value depth, precision, and emotional intelligence
What this includes

It’s about setting the right direction — once.

This is a standalone process.
Many clients later choose to continue into longer 1:1 work — but there is no obligation.
I came to Emma because my life had become really messy. It didn’t get any clearer after we met 😄, but I realised that it’s not the point.
I had so many ideas and projects, but I couldn’t choose one to pursue because I was afraid of choosing the wrong one. I couldn’t put any of them on hold either, for the same reason. On top of that, the pressure of being an immigrant, losing two jobs, and being a 24/7 single mum in a foreign country only added to the chaos.
I needed to rebuild my belief in myself. I survived breast cancer. I raised a child entirely on my own, without help from the other parent or family. I immigrated alone with a child to a country where I didn’t even know the language. I forgot how amazing I am.
I was so overwhelmed that I had forgotten what truly mattered to me — what gave me energy and joy. After just one session, we realised that PLAY is a vital part of my life. Without it, everything becomes too serious, and I start to feel depressed.
So I began looking at all my projects through the lens of play, and I paused those that didn’t bring any playful energy anymore.
I understood that this is exactly what I should be doing — playing with different ideas. Some of them might work, some might not, maybe none will. And that’s OK. But if I approach them playfully, at least I’ll enjoy the process. And my life.
The first cool thing happened during the session — I got a call from the company that invited me for a job interview.
The next cool thing happened after the session — I got an email marketing letter from SG saying “offre exclusive Emma” 🤣 (I have a printscreen).
And then another funny thing happened the next day after the session — I went on a date with a guy who happened to be a masseur. And it was one of the jobs I was considering, because I stopped believing I could work in comms anymore.
Apparently, he told me a story of how he found his social media person. And that was the exact path Emma suggested to explore.
Also, I figured out massaging people is not compatible with being a mum.
So now, I just remind myself that I am amazing, I’m creative, and I’m great at communications — and I keep playing.
Thank you, Emma! ❤️
